This weekend retreat is a 2-night stay especially designed to help you reboot, relax, and renew, from the inside out. The self-care schedule includes:

Nancy De Andrade, PhD is a Holistic Life Coach with a PhD in Psychology and extensive training in Energy Psychology methods to help integrate spirituality, mindfulness, and research. Dr. De Andrade is the Founder of La Perla de La Jolla, a Holistic Wellness studio that provides educational experiences to awaken spirituality and self-awareness.
Yoga Mind
Dianna Quach, PhD is a holistic psychologist and certified yoga instructor. Dr. Quach incorporates westerner and eastern modalities in support of mind, body and spirit and is the founder of Yoga Mind, a unique technique that interweaves psychotherapeutic techniques and yoga postures to help the body release trauma and toxicity to achieve wellness and inner peace.
